In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Lucille Wishon Kirk,son David Lee Kirk,brother Milton Kirk, son-in-law: Rocky Dapp and a granddaughter, Renea Wishon.
He is survived by his wife, Velma Pinnix Kirk, two daughters.
