BRITTONS NECK - Mrs. Geneva Cribb Boatwright, 78, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Conway Manor. Born April 22, 1937 in Brittons Neck a daughter of the late Jimmie Cribb and the late Bonnie Richardson Cribb. Mrs. Boatwright was a homemaker and member of Jamestown Baptist Church where she was active in the HOPE Sunday School Class.
She was predeceased by her son-in-law, H. Franklin Burroughs and her daughter-in-law, Janet Jensen Boatwright.
Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Carroll Stanley Boatwright; two children, Jeffrey W. Boatwright and Carol B. Burroughs, both of Conway; one brother, Jimmie "Junior" Cribb of Britton's Neck; three sisters, Dorothy C. Shaw (Richard) of Marion, Shelva C. Stone (Jimmy) of Johnsonville, and Ann C. Barnhill (Willie) of Aynor; 1 grandson; and 1 great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Jamestown Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Robbin King and Rev. Jamey Collins. Burial will follow in Old Neck Cemetery.
