Devin passed away unexpectedly on March 29th, he is survived by his parents Tim Toste and Dawn Abney, his siblings Isaiah Abney-Ortiz and Alayna Abney-Ortiz of Modesto; his grandparents Lou Toste "Avo", Joann Toste "G-Ma", Robert Abney "Ba", and Paula Abney "BooBoo;" furthermore Devin is remembered by his uncles Dan Toste, Steven Toste, and Greg Abney.
Devin, known by many as Toasty, would be seen walking around without shoes because he simply wanted to feel the earth below his feet. He enjoyed the simple things in life and expressed that with his beliefs. He was spiritual, free spirited and so full of life. Devin's bright smile could light up a room. He loved everything about nature, including camping, and hiking, and taking his dog "Moose" on walks. When it came to music, he had an amazing gift and shared it with his guitar. Devin had a way of bringing a diverse group of people together and able to connect with everyone individually. He always put others first. His big heart and heroism has been shown through all the lives he's touched, up to the day he went home to be with our Heavenly Father.
Services for Devin are scheduled to be held at 12:00 PM, Thursday April 7th, 2016 at the Riverside Chapel located within Lakewood Funeral Home in Hughson, CA
