She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Masselink and granddaughter, Kelly Zambella.
She is lovingly remembered by her children Ron and Nancy Masselink , Bill and Sheryl Renken and three grandchildren Kurt and Michelle Masselink , Troy and Angie Renken and Tracy Renken; 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Jean's family would like to thank all of the staff at American House and Gentiva Hospice for their care in making her last years pleasant and comfortable along with two very good friends Rose Lilly and Helen Vogelaar.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 4, 2016, 11:00 AM, at Zaagman Memorial Chapel, 2800 Burton St. SE with Rev. Steven Otto officiating. The family will greet family and friends on Sunday, Apr. 3, from 2:00-4:00 PM at the chapel as well as one hour prior to the service on Monday, from 10:00-11:00 AM. Memorial contributions may be given to Grand Rapids Christian High School.
