Mrs. Mildred E. Dambach (nee Leimbach), 97, of Whippany, formerly of Newark, was called home to the Lord on Oct. 3, 2006, from Crestwood Nursing and Rehabilitation in Whippany.
A funeral service will be held at Faith United Church of Christ, Union, on Saturday, Oct. 7, followed by the interment at Hollywood Memorial Park.
Born and raised in Newark, Mrs. Dambach moved to Whippany 20 years ago.
Mrs. Dambach was the beloved wife of the late George F. Dambach and the loving mother of Willard G. and his wife, Lena Marie of Connecticut, Dorothy M. Shubert and her husband, Robert, and George M. and his wife, Nancy, both of Whippany. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
