Lavada Katherine Martin Maddox, 67, Shelbyville, died unexpectedly Monday , March 21, 2016 at Jewish Hospital Shelbyville.
A native of Shelbyville , she was the daughter of the late Norman and Katherine King Martin.
She worked at Nancy's Drive-In, Logan's Laundry, Florida Tile and served over 20 years as a workshop supervisor for the former Shelby Resource Center.
She enjoyed playing bingo and was an avid Elvis Presley fan.
She was Pentecostal by faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathy, son Vester Ray, sister , Sue, two grandsons Troy and Cory.
Funeral services at Webb Funeral Home with Bro. Bud Palmer will deliver the eulogy .
Private burial will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery
