MINERAL RIDGE - Frances P. Shuttleworth, 66, of Mineral Ridge, died Thursday, March 5, 2009, at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
She was born Nov. 5, 1942, in Youngstown, a daughter of Wilbur and Helen Fox Stevens.
She was a waitress at Yamato Japanese Restaurant and a former member of the Mineral Ridge United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Earl; four children, Deborah Koniowsky of Austintown, Sherry McGee of North Jackson, Earl Jr. of Kinsman and Vicki Brubaker of Columbiana; two sisters, Tammy Greenfield of Lakewood and Bonnie Seibert of Rootstown; one brother, James Stevens of Austintown; and 12 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday.
