She was a native of Lexington .She was a member of Shelbyville First Christian Church and a retired teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl W. Hail. She is survived by a daughter and two sons, sister and brother. Memorial service will be 11:00 A.M Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the Shelbyville First Christian Church with Rev. Dave Charlton and Dr. Howard Griffith officiating.
