Ellen Allegood, on December 25, 1921 in Goose Nest Township, Martin County, NC. (His first wife was Susan Alvania "Allie" Proctor who was the daughter of Sylvester Proctor and Alice Moye. She was born on January 4, 1873 in Pitt County, NC and died January 7, 1915 in Washington County, NC. She was buried on January 8, 1915 in the Episcopal Cemetery in Plymouth, NC. Graham Alligood of Plymouth, NC was the informant.)

NOTE: Lucy Hill Thompson Alligood's name was not included in any of the Williams Chapel cemetery surveys conducted by the Martin County Historical Society. It is believed that their surveys were done before her death.
