Carolyn Sue Stevens, 57, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, the 14th day of February ,2016 at her residence . Born on December 23, 1958 in Shelbyville, Kentucky , she was the daughter of Katie B Stevens and the late Howard Thomas Stevens.
She was preceded in death by her brother, William " Billy" Stevens, and a great nephew.
She is survived include her mother, four sisters, her husband; and numerous nieces and nephews.
