Funeral services were held for Mrs. Polly Walters Tuesday at 3pm at Long Branch Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Randolph Browning, the Rev. Bob Watson and the Rev. J.C. Seaman. Burial followed in the Walters Family Cemetery.
In charge of flowers were; Lois McMillan, Dot Oliver, Ruby Rice, Shirley Lee, Beatrice Wilkins, Ann Oliver, Mae Fipps, Sarah Hucks, Dale Thorndyke, Sadie P. Stone, Lanie Stone, Edith Stone and Elizabeth Nye.
Pallbearers were; Terry Brisson, Kenneth Parker, Elwood West, James Ivey, Johnny Baker and Johnny Mayers.
