Marjorie Kinder Pfannkuch was the daughter of Robert Forsyth KInder and Jennie Isabel Pike. Both parents are buried in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT

Marjorie was the oldest. The second was a boy, Clifford, who died when just an infant. In 1909 another daughter, Grace Adeline was born. The Kinders were married late in life and there didn't seem much hope that there would be another boy. So, Marjorie was treated by her dad as the as the son who didn't live to grow up.

to be continued.

Mom...you should be ashamed of yourself for not adding that "Auntie" was a champion sharpshooter at 15 years of age and who's picture was on Western Amunition for a time.

Auntie also was the quiet one to entice us all into celebrating all holidays to the fullest... even in her elderly years as she would even come dressed as a "bathroom" or some unusual costume. She loved to be present at family celebration as she wisely sat back and observed their antics.
