David Leon Issac, 70, of Louisville, passed away on January 30, 2016, at home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Lula Hayes Issac; siblings, Ferrell and Woody Issac; and a child, Terry Turner.

Left cherishing his memory is his wife of 47 years, Clara Nation Issac; children Pamela (John) Renck, Ralph "Sonny" Husband Jr, Debbie Husband, Sandra Crum; siblings, Anna, Cordell (Joann) and Robert (Margaret) Issac; sister-in-law, Sheila Issac; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren and special granddaughter Sunny Danielle Turner.

Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, in charge of arrangements.

Burial: Grove Hill Cemetery, Shelbyville, KY.
