A native and resident of White Castle, she died Friday, Feb. 19, 1999, at her residence. She was 70. Visiting at Roscoe Mortuary, 58635 Meriam St., Plaquemine, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday. Religious services at Mount Zion Baptist Church, White Castle, at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Raymond Allen officiating. Burial in church cemetery. She is survived by five children, Janice M.B. Baker, Arthur Braxton, Earnest Braxton Jr., Dianna Braxton and Tyrone Braxton; three brothers, Edward Ezeff, Joseph Ezeff and Herbert Hawkins; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.
