at her son's residence in Willisburg.
Born in Spencer County to the late James William and Alma Robinson Green.
The widow of Charles Edward " Jack" Polk. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Taylotsville.
Her survivors include her son, one granddaughter and one sister
Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday , the 29th day of January at Hall-Taylor of Taylorsville, with Reverent Gary Mills officiating.
Interment will be in Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington , Ky.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. Until 8:00 P.m. Thursday at Hall-Taylor Funeral Home Taylorsville.
