Eugene is survived by one sister, two sons, four grandchildren, Andy (deceased), six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Julia, brothers, Remus and Raymond, and sister, Pinkie.
Eugene was a WWII veteran of the Army Air Corps, serving from 1943-1945. He enjoyed woodworking and built rocking chairs, bookcases, toys, clocks and countless other items for friends and family. He was a Deacon in the Malden Presbyterian Church. In accordance with his wishes his body was donated to the WVU medical school. A memorial service may be scheduled at a later date.
