Hattie (Hebeltje) Fongers and Otto Huizinga were married on July 18, 1901 by Rev. J. Groen, the minister of Eastern Ave. Christian Reformed Church, in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan.
Later on they became members of Sherman Street Christian Reformed Church.
They lived at 709 Logan St. S.E. Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Together they had six children, John, Clarence, Martha, Gelmer, Franklin, and Harold.
