Myra Dean Bynum, 83, of Oneonta, Al passed away on November 28, 2015. Ms. Bynum was a Beautician at Be Lovely in Center Point for many years. She was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. She enjoyed painting, arts and crafts. She was also a member of the Homemakers Club of Oneonta and the Joymakers.
She is preceded in death by parents, Gordon and Mytrle McClung Bleving and sisters, Bobbie Moore and Loretta Blevings.
Ms. Bynum is survived by daughter, Allison Brasher (David) of Center Point; sons, Danny Bynum (Phyllis) of Odessa, TX and David Bynum of Birmingham; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Peggy Houk of Gadsden and a host of nieces and nephews.
Bro. Bill Barnett will officiate funeral services on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 11AM from the Chapel of Lemley Funeral Home with entombment following at Oak Hill Mausoleum. Ms. Bynum will lie in state at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9AM until service time.
