Jeff attended Northside Baptist Church in Albemarle County, VA. He enjoyed working with the public, and was a kindhearted and gentle man. Jeff was a positive person who loved the Lord. He put others before himself and was a loving son, brother, and friend. Anyone who knew Jeff knew how happy and selfless he was.
In addition to his parents Jeff is survived by his sister, Dawn L. Wells, two nieces, one nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by an uncle, Harold Graves.
