Doraine R. Klitzman, age 61, of Madison died on Sunday, March 30, 1997 in a local nursing home. She was born on September 20, 1935 in Milwaukee the daughter of Newbert and Annette (Wyatt) Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Donald; her son, Jeffrey S. (Laurie) Ostry of Sun Prairie; her daughter, Terri (Lorne) Hoepker of Madison; seven grandchildren, Kolina, Mandy, Jamie and Derek Anderson, Travis Hoepker, and Jacob and Steven Ostry; her sister, Marge (Richard) Fite of Phoenix; her brother, Alan Thompson of Phoenix; her step-children, Vince Klitzman, John Klitzman, Toni (Kevin) Smith and Jennifer; and several step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Cheryl Fowke and Geri Borgstadt. Memorial Funeral services will be held at the GUNDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 25, 1997. Burial will follow at the Blooming Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
