She was born Nov. 23, 1944, in Delaware, a daughter of William Leon and Ruth Hubbard. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her common-law-husband, Billy Joe Fritts, of the residence; her mother, Mrs. Ruth Hayworth of High Point; three daughters, Karen D. Adams of the residence, Tammy Sechrest and Jerrie Small, both of Thomasville; a son, Larry C. Adams; 13 grandchildren; three brothers; and a sister.
