Janice Lee McCreight, aged 70, died peacefully on Nov 3, 2015 with her husband of 52 years by her side. Janice was born June 29, 1945 in Washington DC, the daughter of John L Taylor and Evelyn Johnson.

She is survived by her husband John and their two children Terri and John Jr., along with 3 sisters, 1 brother, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Evelyn, her father John and her sister Beth.

After raising their family in Frederick Maryland for 20+ years, Janice and John relocated to Calabash, North Carolina where she lived the remainder of her life.

There will be a viewing at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel, 1811 Latham Drive, Frederick, Maryland 21701 on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 10-11:30am. The funeral service will immediately follow at noon. Interment is at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick Maryland. Flowers can be accepted at the church after 8am on Saturday. The family would like to invite everyone back to the church for a luncheon. The main dish is provided. The family would appreciate help with side dishes and desserts.
