Services were held at the Watson Funeral Home in Somerville for Mrs. Marjorie G. (Kerien) Chase, 66, of 26 Garrison Ave., West Somerville, following a long illness. A native of Dennis Port, she was the daughter of the late Samuel B. and Clara (Rugg) Kerien and attended Dennis schools. She is survived by her husband, Elza B. Chase; a son, Richard, also of Garrison Ave.; three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Gugene of Cambridge, Mrs. Natalie Trenn of Cambridge and Mrs. Patricia Pousland of Somerville; three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy L. Robbins and Mrs. Esther Francis of Dennis Port and Mrs. Geneva Cahoon of Harwich Port; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Burial was in Swan Lake Cemetery Annex where a graveside service was held with the Rev. Charles Monbleau officiating.
