Tommy Collins was the youngest of 5 boys born to Henry and Dorthy Collins Of Chipley, Fl. He worked for the Dept. Of Transportation in Chipley for 31 years until his death. Husband to Billie Inez (Hodges)Collins married on Sept. 22 1962. Father to Teresa (Collins) Owens, Ronnie, Mark, Keith and Robbie Collins. He was a hard working, Christian man. Tommy had served in many different capacities to include Deacon at the First Assembly of God Church in Chipley and board member of the D.O.T Credit Union. Tommy had several wounderful Grandchildren and their PawPaw is sorely missed. "If a day is as a thousand years in Heaven, than before my Dad's 1st day is done we will all be with him in Heaven".
