Funeral services for Mrs. Augusta Johnson Carlson, who died suddenly Monday night at her home, 15 St Luke's Place, will be held at 2:30 this afternoon at the Home for Services, 56 Park Street, with the Rev. W.R. Bergh, pastor of the First Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover.
Mrs. Carlson was the wife of the late Edward Carlson. She was born in Sweden 79 years ago and came to this country, settling in Montclair in 1885. She was a charter member of the First Lutheran Church. She leaves a son, J. Edward Carlson of Upper Montclair, five daughters, Edith, Agnes, Cornelia and Mildred of Montclair, and Mrs. O.E. Anderson of Lake Bluff, Ill. and three grandchildren.
