He was a graduate of Elizabethtown High School and St. Joseph Paramedic Institute. Bob worked for 41 years as a Paramedic at Lancaster General Hospital, Community Hospital of Lancaster and Lancaster EMS (LEMSA). Bob was an avid bow hunter, member of the NRA and was also employed by Kinsey Archery. Bob was a charter member of Medic 5 now known as Northwest Ambulance Service, Elizabethtown. He taught First Aid and H.T.E. students for 18 years at Conewago Rod and Gun Club, Elizabethtown.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Bob was a dedicated and devoted Captain to his platoon at LEMSA, of which was very special to him as he was to his platoon and will be greatly missed by all.
