Funeral Services for Mrs. Kathereen Cherry Will be Held Monday; Burial at St. Luke

Mrs. Kathereen Pearl Cherry, age 25, a native of this county, died early Saturday morning at the home of an aunt, Mrs. Pearl James, in Columbia City. Mrs. Cherry, who was formerly Miss Kathereen Kaser, daughter of James Kaser, was born north of Frankfort on the old Kaser farm. She was married six years ago and since then had resided in Butler, Ind. She had been in failing health for two years with a heart ailment and recently was taken to the aunt's home in Columbia City. She was born March 14, 1904, and attended the schools of the county.

The funeral cortege will leave Butler early Monday morning and will probably arrive at St. Luke cemetery, northwest of Frankfort on State Road 39, about 1 o'clock. Short service will be held at the graveside.

Mrs. Cherry is survived by her father, James Kaser; one sister, Mrs. Lucille Elliott, of Frankfort; and one brother, Howard Kaser, of Detroit, and two half sisters, Bonnie and Maxine Kaser.
