GUY C. DOUGLAS DIES AT HOME
Guy Carlton Douglas, 66, of Malden died late Saturday night at his home. Cause of death was a heart attack.
He was owner and operator of the Douglas Mercantile Company of Malden and had lived there since 1946.
He was born at Philippi, a son of Irvin and Martha Ann Fridley Douglas. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Welch, Masonic lodge of Brownsville, Pennsylvania, and Scottish Rite bodies and Syrian Temple Shrine of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are one daughter, Miss Martha Ann Douglas of Malden; two sons, Guy C., Jr. and Robert D. of Malden; and two brothers, Glenn R. of Philippi and R. E. L. of Welch.
The body is at Barlow-Bonsall mortuary.

DOUGLAS, Guy Carlton --- Service will be at 11 a.m. Barlow-Bonsall mortuary chapel. Rev. R. P. Robertson, pastor of Kanawha-Salines Presbyterian Church at Malden, will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
