Roy was born on October 6, 1933, in South Webster, a son of the late William and Della Mae Cook Bouts. He was a former employee of Williams Manufacturing Company, and he was a retired farmer.
He is survived by two brothers, Carl (Erma) Bouts of St. Simons Island, Georgia, and Danny (Margie) Bouts of South Webster; six sisters, Avileen Johnson of Waverly, Lillie Bouts of Minford, Shirley (Jerry) Imm of Anchorage Alaska, Joyce (Lonnie) Crace of Lucasville, Donna (Greg) Barker of Westerville, Ohio, and Kay McGee of Columbus; along with many nieces and nephews.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Charles Bouts and Paul Bouts.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 26, at the D.W. Davis Funeral Home in South Webster, with the Rev. Kenny Klaiber officiating , and interment in South Webster Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. on Saturday and one hour before to the service on Sunday at the D.W. Davis Funeral Home.
