Marion J. Zephir (nee Reddish), a Pasadena resident since 1963, died April 10 at the Charlestown. She was born Dec. 14, 1927, in Maryland, to the late Harry and Bertha Reddish. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Jane Frances Church, the St. Jane Frances Senior Club, the Charlestown Choir and the Chess Club. She was also a reading tutor for children and enjoyed traveling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buford C. Zephir. She is survived by four children, David W. Zephir of Reisterstown, Robert D. Zephir of Millersville, Joan C. Townsend of Pasadena and Paul S. Zephir of Westminister; sister, Marlene Miller of Ferndale; and seven grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13 at the family-owned and operated McCully-Polyniak Funeral Home, P.A., 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena, where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 14.
