99, Moncton, N.B., died July 26, 1993, in Moncton Hospital. Born in Dartmouth, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Catherine (Behan) Lahey. She was a retired stenographer with Canadian General Electric in Halifax and attended St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. She was a member of the Catholic Women's League. She is survived by two daughters, Veronica (Mrs. William A. Douglas), Orlando, Fla.; Barbara (Mrs. Paul Leger), Barachois, N.B.; son, William, Mississauga, Ont.; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Lawlor, Dartmouth; Mrs. Marjorie Helpard, Quincey, Mass.; Mrs. Mary Daniels, Michigan; seven grandchildren; 12 greatgrandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, William P.; two sisters, Frances McKay, Jeanette (Sister Mary Alexia; brother, Clarence. A private family funeral was held in Moncton. Burial was in Robie Street Cemetery, Truro. A memorial service was held in Germany by her grandson.
