JAMES THOMAS HALL
Affectionately known as "Deddy", was the son of the late James F. and Daisy Bell Livingston Hall. He was educated in the public schools of Lexington County and graduated from LakeView H.S., class of 1961. He was a Lifetime member and an original Boy Scout Troup Leader of Brookland Baptist Church in West Columbia, SC. He was affiliated with the Palmetto Grand Lodge and NAACP of West Columbia. Deddy was an active Poll Worker for Richland County.
Before his failing health he was Owner and Operator of Professional Transportation Business; he drove long distance across the United States and Canada for 50 years. After retiring he continued to work. He worked at: Owen Steel, Davis Towing, and Happy Daddy Towing. As well, he started his own Landscaping Business and did small engine repair. Everyone that knew him loved his good natured laugh and fast talking ways. A beautiful person with a kind spirit. A lot of advice to impart upon anyone willing to listen. A jack of all trades and the knowledge to go with it. We truly love and miss him.
