Clyde Cartledge, Last Rites Held At French Camp

Funeral services for Clyde Davidson Cartledge, 84, of French Camp were held Saturday at 2 P m at the French Camp Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Cartledge, a retired farmer, died at Campbells Clinic in Memphis last Friday following an illness of about a month. He was a member of the French Camp Presbyterian Church.

Officiating minister was the Rev. Sam Patterson. Interment was in French Camp Cemetery with Jordan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Goldie Mecklen Cartledge, French Camp; three daughters, Mrs. Olene Hull, Whitehaven, Tenn., Mrs. Annie Bess Drake, Aberdeen, Mrs. Goldie Stotts, Tunica; two sons, Rema Cart- ledge, Huntsville, Ala. and David Cartledge, Kansas City, Mo. nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
