November 25, 1968 obituary. HARTFORD - Harrison (Harry) T. Bragg, 74, died early Sunday morning at St. Mary's General Hospital, Lewiston, where he had been a patient since Nov. 8. Born at North Auburn, Sept. 24, 1894, he was the son of Ernest and Annie West Bragg. He was educated in North Auburn and Hartford schools and was a farmer and woodsman. His first wife, the former Mary Darrington, died in 1951. He later married the former Beverly Cook of Turner. Surviving are his widow of Hartford, five sons, Thomas, East Sumner, Charlie Buckfield, and Harrison Jr., Ernest and Peter, all of Hartford; four daughters, Mrs. Velma Ellingwood, Buckfield, Mrs. Doris Buchanan, Auburn, and Ernest, Augusta; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Sampson, Canton, Mrs. Emma Childs and Miss Clara Bragg both of Portland; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
