Mrs. John Dykstra, 65, nee Henrietta Wandscheer, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1948 at her home. She was born in Sioux Center on October 6, 1882.

In 1905 she was married to John Dykstra and they moved to Springfield, S.D. In 1913 they moved to Boyden.

She is survived by her husband, one daughter (Janet) Mrs. Fred Boerhave of Hatfield and two sons, Daniel of Trosky, Minn. and Hildred of Boyden.
Also 12 grandchildren. Also five brothers, Henry, Dan, Gerrit, Ed and Ben Wandscheer, of Sioux Center. She also leaves three sisters, Mrs. D.J. Wesselink of Hull, Mrs. Gerrit Peelen of Sheldon and Mrs. J. Van Wyhe of Lester.

Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the home and 1:30 o'clock from the First Reformed church of Boyden. Rev. Chester Postma officiated. Burial was in the Boyden cemetery.
