105 Precinct
Brian Moore was still living in his neighborhood, in Long Island, with his father. He lived in a middle-class
neighborhood, filled with city workers. He attended public school in Plainedge.
He grew up with family, including his father, uncle, and a cousin, being New York officers. This made it to where he knew what he wanted to do at a very young age. To serve and protect for the NYPD.
Having only been on the force for 5 years he had already accomplished a lot and was a great officer. He had over 105 arrests already, and had been placed in the plain clothes patrol.
Twenty-five year old Police Officer, Brian Moore was shot in the line of duty on Saturday, May 2, 2015. He hung in there until Monday, May 4, 2015 passing away at the Jamaican Hospital due to the injuries.
He leaves behind his parents and a sister.
He has been promoted to Detective First Grade. His family will receive Shield 9200.
May you rest in Peace Officer Moore.
