Passed after a courageous 20-month battle with brain cancer. Attended St. Lukes School, Our Lady of Peace High School (1970) and the University of Minnesota. Kate began her career in the Twin Cities in broadcasting, advertising and marketing before relocating to Dallas, where she was a marketing executive for restaurant and other retail industries. She returned with her family to St. Paul in 1996, and had since worked for the Andersen Window Corporation, and the Luther Automotive Group. Kate was one of a kind. She brought her talent, wit and generosity to everything she did – as manager, volunteer, neighbor, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and most importantly the best mother two boys could hope for. She was loved by all who knew her including her dear Angel and Miss Kitty and will be in our hearts always.
