Requiem Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Anthony Catholic Church, the Rev. John Lipinski officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.
Rosary will be 8 p.m. today in Wilson Funeral Home.
Mr. Alderman, of 1236 Park Avenue, died Sunday of an apparent heart attack at St. Francis Hospital.
He was an engineer at Union Carbide, lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserves, World War II veteran, member of Reserve Officers Association, Military Engineers, member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Surviving: widow, Dolores Lolita; sons, John Richard and Timothy, both at home; daughter, Theresa Ann, at home; sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Weber of Louisiana, Mrs. James Fross of McAllen, Texas, brother, John A. of Greenlawn, New York.
