Jessie C. Allen III, "Big Jessie", 58, of Lake Park, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015. He was born October 30, 1956 in Hahira, a son of the late Jessie C. "Bill" Allen, Jr. and Fairlene Lord Allen. Jessie was a very caring man that was loved by many, and he greatly loved his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of forty years, Debbie Allen of Lake Park; two sons, Joshua Allen and his partner Chuck Barnhill of Lake Park, Dustin Allen and his wife Brittany of Lake Park; two grandsons, Liam and Mason Allen of Lake Park; five sisters and two brothers, Linda Wilson of Houston, TX, Joyce Dixon (Thomas) of Valdosta, Billie Cain (Bruce) of Hahira, Peggy Breazeale (Earl) of Valdosta, Vicky Allen of Houston, TX, Ricky Allen (Sherry) of Winter Haven, FL, and Stevie Allen (Samantha) of Adel; and many beloved nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service for Mr. Allen will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at the Chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Allsbrook officiating. Interment will follow at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
