Betty loved working and supervising others. She spent twenty five years working in the San Antonio Independent School District as a custodial supervisor where she touched many lives.
Betty was the family matriarch and a mentor for all who crossed her path. Her unconditional love for her family will be a living legacy to all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed.
Memories will be forever cherished by her three children, Betty Jean Washington, Royal Lee Washington, Jr., and Ronnie Hardaway, her nine grandchildren: Irving, Jeff, Wayne, Royal, Robert, Jennifer, Kianna, Jacob and Leilani, her seven great-grandchildren: Irving III, Jamie, Adleigh, Royal, Roan, Isaiah and Ariyeon.
