Wilfred J. Amstutz, 95, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Presence Sacred Heart Home in Avilla, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bluffton, OH, Wilfred worked as a foreman with Rea Magnet Wire for 27 years. He was a member of St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Wilfed was known for his selfless ways and his beautiful smile. Surviving are his sons, Timothy J. Amstutz of Albion, IN and Dennis M. Amstutz of Avilla, IN; daughters, Cheryl (Mike) Keller of Fort Wayne, IN and Sandra K. (Bill) Boehm of Fremont, IN; 13 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren; brother, Rev. Howard Amstutz of Denver CO . Wilfred was preceded in death by Caroll Virginia Amstutz, his loving wife of 64 years, parents Albert and Fannie M Amstutz brothers, Rev. Landolene, Harold and Ralph Amstutz, sister, Mary Prudy, and daughter in law, Darlene Amstutz. Mass of Christian Burial is Friday, 10:30 am, March 13, 2015 at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be Thursday, March 12, 2015, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road.
