CARPENTER, Rosy Marguriete Born March 14, 1921 in Barnesville Ohio.

Passed away on Thursday March 5, 2015, 12:45PM at 10 Wilmington Place, Dayton OH.

Marguriete graduated from Barnesville High School in 1939. Retired from First Federal Savings and Loan as Vice-President Secretary- Treasurer in 1973. She was a sixty plus year member of the Ohio Eastern Star Dayton Victory #594. White Shrine, Harmony Shrine #38. Grand Representative of Ohio. Honorary member of Saskatchewan Club and former member of Greendale Garden Club.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Clara Clayton; husband John W Carpenter; brother Ira A. Clayton Jr. and sister Stella Rice.

Survived by her sister Jean M. Whitacre (Robert); several nieces, nephews and best friend Fred Pfuhl. Marguriete donated her body to Wright State Medical Research of Dayton Ohio.

She touched many lives with her warmth and kindness. There will be no services per her request.
