Mr. Rhodes Was born in Estill, a son of the late Columbus and Mable Butler Rhodes. He was a Veteran Of The United States Army and was in Action in the Korea War near the DMZ Line.
Mr Rhodes was predeceased by his wife Mazie M. Rhodes of more than Fifty Years of marriage. One(1) son Jimmy Rhodes. Two (2) brother Wendell and Bill Rhodes. One (1) sister Bobbie Rhodes Grainger.
Survivors include, Two (2) daughters Patricia Rhodes Gore and husband Glenn of Tabor City, N.C. and Billie Ward and husband Ron Kelly of North Myrtle Beach, S.C. One (1) son Jeff Rhodes of Loris, S.C. Two (2) granddaughters Erika Baker of Conway, S.C. and Vanessa Mitchell of Virginia.
Three (3) brothers Harold Rhodes, Larry Rhodes and wife Gail, and Tommy Rhodes and wife Wanda all of Loris, S.C.
Three (3) sister Frances Rhodes Graham, Virginia Rhodes Rowell and husband Jerry and Brenda Rhodes Kitelinger and husband Will.
Funeral Services was held Wednesday Mar.11,2015 at Goldfinch Funeral Home of Loris, S.C. officiated by Rev. Mack Hutson and Rev. John Holes. Mr. Paul was Laid to rest in the Old Springfield Cemetery of Loris, Horry County S.C. with military honors.
