Jean Noller Grindle, 84, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 in Fort Wayne. Born in Rockville, IN, Jean worked many years as a technical librarian and co-op coordinator for General Electric. She was a past volunteer for Parkview Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House. She also loved to oil paint. Surviving are her son, David (Sara) Schneider of Fort Wayne; son, Daniel (Shari) Schneider of Fishers, IN; daughter, Laura (Bryan) Bartlett of Fort Wayne; 8 grandchildren; and her sister, Pauline (Richard) Osborn of Citrus Springs, FL. Jean was preceded in death by her son, Steven Schneider; parents, Enoch and Nellie Schrigley; and her brother, Richard Shrigley. Service is 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 28, 2015 at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Rd with calling 1hr prior. Calling also Friday, February 27, 2015 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
