Mrs. JoAnn Twilley, age 66, of Fort Payne passed away Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Walker’s Chapel Cemetery. The Family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. on Monday.
