Tony was born January 29, 1962 in Greenville, KY. He attended and graduated from Lewisburg High School in 1980. He furthered his education at Western Kentucky University from where he graduated in 1984. He had a successful and fulfilling career in a number of retail and customer service roles in Bowling Green, KY, Nashville, TN, Richmond, VA, Philadelphia, PA and Scottsdale, AZ. At the time of his death, he was employed by 20/20 Image Eye Centers of Scottsdale as an American Board of Opticianry Certified Optician. Tony possessed the ability to provide a unique and memorable customer/patient experience to all those he had the pleasure of working with.
Tony is survived by his Life Partner of 18 years, Jeff Gish of Phoenix, AZ, Siblings Charlotte Hunt of Morgantown, KY, Linda Lewis of White Plains, KY, Joe Anderson of Lewisburg, KY and Lesa Taylor of Bowling Green, KY, 8 Nieces and Nephews, 9 Great and 2 Great Great Nieces and Nephews all who he loved deeply and adored.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Dorothy Anderson of Lewisburg, KY. He will be privately laid to rest with them at Lewisburg Cemetery at a later date.
