Mrs. Martha Jane Jones age 92 of McMinnville, TN, (Daylight Community) died Friday, February 06, 2015, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. She was born January 29, 1923 in Warren County, TN, was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents Clarence Franklin and Emma Novella Youngblood Freed, husband Isaac Daniel Jones, and sons Daniel Franklin Jones and Donald Ray Jones.
Survivors include her children Judy (James) Waisanen, Helen (Kenny) Ware, Gary (Pam) Jones, and Chuck (Cheryl) Jones, daughter-in-law Joyce Jones, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Many other family members and friends also survive.
Funeral service is 1 PM Monday, February 09, 2015 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Dennis Clark will officiate. Interment will follow at Center Hill Cemetery in Cannon County. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 PM until 8 PM and again Monday from 10 AM until 1 PM at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
