The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Wayne County, Cypress Inn, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper and Martha Bailey, and brothers, Tommy Bailey, Joe Bailey, and J. N. Bailey; and sisters, Annie Bailey Wilson, Ella Bailey Dodd, Dorothy Bailey Carvalho, and Ida Bell Bailey McClanahan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cranbook Schools Office of Development and Alumni Relations.
