The funeral for Freda O. Nestrud Colpron will begin at 1:15 p.m. Friday in Brush Prairie Baptist Church. She died of causes related to age Monday in a Battle Ground nursing home. She was 84.
Mrs. Colpron was born in Lakefield, Minn., on Nov. 24, 1906, and had lived in Vancouver since 1975. Previously, she had lived in Longview. Mrs. Colpron was a member of Brush Prairie Baptist Church.
Surviving Mrs. Colpron are her husband, Ike of Vancouver; sons, Milton of Camas, Merle of Boise and Ronald of Escondido, Calif.; daughters, Patty Walker of Vancouver and Colleen Sverdrup of Longview; sister, Ruth Smith of the Hockinson area of Clark County; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
