Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Village Chapel for Carl William Bloodworth Sr., 67, Gadsden, who died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2001. Village Chapel, Alabama City, is in charge. Mr. Bloodworth was raised on Black Creek and a resident of Gadsden most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Bloodworth, and a host of brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Linda Bloodworth; children, Darlene Chandler, Carl William(Terri) Bloodworth Jr., Marie Phillips, Carla(Stanley) Grego, Johnny(Jennifer) Bloodworth; grandchildren, Adam, Crystal, Melissa, Launa, Dali, Trey, Bailee, Johnny II, Gabriel; sister, Faye(Gene) Walker; and a host of nieces and nephews; special friends, Walter, Larry and Roy. Special thanks to Dr. Palmar, Dr. Patel and Dr. Shaw. The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home Monday.
